Beginning November 1st, 2011, Access Media 3 (AM3) began managing the services previously provided to you by Shentel-NTC, including television, Internet and voice services. AM3 will now be your single point of contact for billing, customer service, installation, and any other service related questions you may have.
Effective February 7th, 2012, please direct your calls to Access Media 3 at 866-263-0858.

AM3 prides itself on superior customer focus and streamlined communication. This change will not impact the programming or services you have been receiving, and you will have access to our 24 hour customer service organization.
In the coming months you will receive additional updates, including offers for new, higher quality services and alternative payment options. AM3 has a proven track record of providing prompt attention to service issues or concerns. There are Operators on call 7 days a week, trained to respond to service requirements.

- New and improved simplified billing statements: you will have 3 ways to pay your bill: Credit Card, ACH billing or by check.
