Access Media 3 Acquires SkyPix
Acquisition provides AM3 entrance into Minneapolis/St. Paul Market

CHICAGO – June 2, 2008 – Access Media 3, Inc. (AM3), the Midwest's largest non-franchised provider of "triple-play" media services (satellite television, high-speed internet and telephone) to multi-tenant residential, commercial and multi-use properties, is pleased to announce the acquisition of SkyPix, LLC of Bloomington, MN. Jordan, Knauff & Company, an investment bank with offices in Chicago and Kansas City, Missouri, advised on the acquisition of 2,000 subscribers, which marks Access Media 3's entrance into the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota market.

"This transaction marks the completion of one of our major 2008 goals – entering the Minneapolis/St. Paul market," stated Scott Rediger, Chief Executive Officer for Access Media 3. "We are also excited to step into the shoes and assume the contracts of SkyPix, a company that shares AM3's commitment to providing superior customer service and we believe the transition will be seamless to our customers." Since its re-launch in January 2007, Access Media 3 has seen its Midwest operations grow from 3,000 subscribers to nearly 12,000 in 17 months. "We are ready to make the same type of impact in Minneapolis as we are making in Chicago," said Rediger.

As part of the transaction, Mr. Jim Aufderheide, the founder and sole owner of SkyPix, will remain active with the company to help spearhead additional subscriber growth. "With the added resources of Access Media 3 behind us, we will be able to enhance our services further and bring them to the entire multi-dwelling unit (MDU) community in the Twin Cities," said Aufderheide. "We are very excited about the future."

Access Media 3's rapid growth over the last 17 months has included three acquisitions adding approximately 6,000 total subscribers and an aggressive organic sales plan adding another 3,000 subscribers. Rediger, a veteran of the telecommunication industry is pleased with the progress to-date and confident there is plenty more ahead for Access Media 3. "I believe we have the necessary business plan and management team in place to continue rapid growth over the next 24 to 36 months," says Rediger.

In addition to the purchase of SkyPix, LLC, Access Media 3's acquisition strategy has resulted in two other recently completed transactions; the satellite assets of Tunnel Vision Technologies and inVision Networks. Access Media 3 will continue its targeted acquisition strategy along with its aggressive sales program.

Access Media 3 Acquires Assets from inVision Networks
"Triple-play" provider continues rapid growth

CHICAGO – May 29, 2008 – Access Media 3, Inc. (AM3), a "triple-play" digital media services provider to multi-tenant residential, commercial and multi-use properties, today announced the acquisition of the operating assets and contracts of inVision Networks of Burr Ridge, Ill. Jordan, Knauff & Company, an investment bank with offices in Chicago and Kansas City, Missouri, advised on the acquisition, which brings about 2,000 subscribers in 14 buildings to Access Media 3's customer portfolio and extends the company's reach to more than 10,000 subscribers in 130 buildings in the Midwest.

"We are excited to welcome the inVision subscribers into the Access Media 3 family," said Access Media 3 CEO Scott Rediger. "This acquisition is yet another step toward our goal of becoming one of the largest independent triple-play providers to multi-unit properties. In 17 months, we've grown from 3,000 to 10,000 units. Acquisitions are an important element of our strategy to reach a larger customer base and to offer additional services to those customers."

The Willowbrook, Ill.-based company's rapid growth is due to strong demand in the multi-unit and commercial marketplace for reliable and high-quality media services at fair prices, which Access Media 3's triple-play competitors are not providing, Rediger said. "Local property managers, condo associations and developers appreciate our flexibility and tell us our service is much better than what they have experienced from large franchised cable operators and national companies in our marketplace," Rediger explained. "Our customers are able to save money while receiving reliable, one-on-one service, rather than being stuck in expensive contracts while experiencing disruptions and poor customer service."

The company's current customers include many of the region's largest and most-respected multi-unit property managers. For these customers and others, Access Media 3 has delivered customized end-to-end solutions designed to meet the unique requirements of each building. This tailored approach allows each property to offer flexible combinations of high-speed Internet, TV and voice services to residents at a reasonable price point.

The purchase of inVision Networks marks the second completed transaction for AM3 in the past nine months. In September 2007, AM3 purchased the satellite assets from Tunnel Vision Technology of Chicago, Ill.

Two Chicago-area entrepreneurs enter the burgeoning "triple-play" digital media market
New company – Access Media 3 -- plans to become premiere provider, with more flexibility and customer focus than out-of-town competition

CHICAGO – January 16, 2007 – Two Chicago-area entrepreneurs have formed a new company that will provide "triple-play" digital media services, primarily to multi-tenant residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings in metropolitan Chicago and beyond.

CEO Scott Rediger announced today that the new company – Access Media 3 – provides high-speed Internet, TV and voice services with more flexibility and customer focus than pre-packaged solutions offered by competitors, most of which have headquarters outside of Chicago.  The new venture merges Alsip-Ill.-based MDI Access into Access Media 3 and adds Rediger's considerable experience in developing profitable new companies. Access Media 3 is headquartered in Willowbrook, Ill.

"Access Media 3 provides a better alternative to the status quo," Rediger says. "Local property managers tell us cable upgrades in the Chicago marketplace can be costly and disruptive, with customer service providing slow response times and insufficient technical knowledge. Worse yet, there's little choice of providers and they're stuck in contracts when service fails."

Most recently the chief operating officer of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill.-based CIMCO Communications, Inc., Rediger co-founded and developed Ovation Communications before the company was sold in 1999 for $402 million to McLeodUSA. After the sale, he was a senior vice president for McLeodUSA, developing the company's still-strong presence in the Midwest.

Bob Heiderscheidt, president of the former MDI Access, continues his active involvement as partner, officer and principal of Access Media 3. He also continues to operate Midland Data-Electric Installation Co. (MDI), which builds digital media infrastructure for Access Media 3 customers. MDI Access implemented Chicago's largest residential high-rise wi-fi system at Draper and Kramer's 1130 S. Michigan building last August, linking 656 apartment units in the 43-story building. MDI Access also developed connectivity solutions for several other major Chicago-area real estate companies, which continue to be served by Access Media 3.

Rediger says the new company designs and implements tailor-made end-to-end solutions that help building managers, condo associations and developers deliver digital services residents have come to expect. In doing so, Access Media 3 meets each property's needs and requirements. For example, a building may want only high-speed Internet or satellite TV rather than triple-play; one building may prefer a wired solution due to existing infrastructure while another building may want wireless. Access Media 3 also can help buildings turn digital media offerings into revenue streams or offer them as amenities.

This flexibility is made possible by having strong alliances with companies such as McLeodUSA, which Access Media 3 can involve in projects to meet customers' needs.
The convergence of high-speed data transfer, video and voice represents a significant market with outstanding revenue growth potential. Cable, telecommunications, consumer electronics and IT companies are all moving toward delivering these digital services in an integrated fashion known as triple play.

Triple play business models will continue to emerge in 2007, according to Research and Markets, a global market research company. A range of new devices that will connect the Internet to the TV will be launched within the next few years and will require high-speed Internet access. By 2009, there will be more than 135 million VoIP (voice over IP) subscribers worldwide.
