Access Media 3 Expands Team for Strategic Growth

Tracy O. Kerr Named Senior VP of Corporate Development

Oak Brook, IL – December 2011: Continuing the dramatic growth philosophy that landed it on the Inc. 500 list for 2011, Access Media 3 (“AM3”) announced the appointment of Tracy O. Kerr, CFA, as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. At AM3, a provider of triple-play media services to multi-dwelling unit properties, Kerr will be responsible for strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, and minority investments. Kerr comes to AM3 with 18 years of experience in merger and acquisition advisory services and venture capital investing, including her most recent role as Managing Director at Meritage Funds.

AM3 has followed a dynamic strategy for both organic and non-organic growth since its founding in 2007. With growth performance of 1069% between 2007 and 2011, AM3 ranked no. 305 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing US companies, the only telecom company in Illinois to make the list. Strategic acquisitions have played a significant role in that expansion, including the 2011 acquisition of Peoples Choice Cable in Boca Raton, Florida that expanded AM3’s reach beyond its established Midwest markets. At Meritage Funds, a venture capital firm with over $600 million under management, Kerr served on the Investment Committee, represented Meritage at the board level for a number of portfolio companies, and managed a number of limited partner relationships. Prior to Meritage, she was a partner of The Wallach Company, a Denver-based boutique investment bank specializing in merger and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity. A former licensed Professional Engineer, she worked for five years as a civil engineer after earning her BE from Vanderbilt University. She has an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and is a CFA charter holder.
