What if my internet stops working?


If your device is connected through a router, disconnect and plug your device directly into the ethernet port in the wall or into the modem. Restart your computer and the modem (if applicable), and try to connect to the internet.


Who do I call if I have rebooted my computer and cannot reach the internet when I am connected directly to the wall?


If this problem has not fixed itself through the steps above, then call our customer services number at 866-263-3241.


What is my wireless router stops working?


Though we don't support third party wireless routers will occasionally need a reboot. To do this, turn off the computers connected to it. Unplug the power cord to the wireless router. Wait 3 minutes. Plug the power back into your router, wait 3 minutes then power up your wireless devices like laptops, iPhones, and iPads.


If this does not restore your connection, call the manufacturer of your device.


My xbox or other device won't connect to the internet, who do I call?


We don't provide support for peripheral devices you might connect in your room. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of your device, calling the Geek Squad at Best Buy, or searching the internet for solutions related to that device.
